The Newcomers Club of New Canaan was founded in 1957. It is one of the largest and most active clubs in the country, with over 400 members. We are a social club dedicated to making the transition to life in New Canaan easier by providing the opportunity to meet new friends and participate in activities with others who have similar interests. Joining Newcomers is an outstanding way for people to meet other new residents and get together for social, educational and community events.

For one night only the New Canaan Library will be transformed into an amazing indoor mini-golf course complete with 18 holes over two floors. Come putt between the stacks and help support this unique and fun fundraising event.
Do you have a special skill that you would like to share with the Newcomers’ Club? Or, do you have a friend who would be “just perfect?” Or, do you just want to have fun and meet others new to town? We are now looking for the next generation of Newcomers’ volunteers!
The New Canaan Women’s Golf League (NCWGL) is getting ready for another fun season! The NCWGL offers an 18-Hole group and a 9-Hole Par Three group accommodating all levels of play.
