New Canaan is a very family-friendly town and our Newcomers Club is no exception! We organize activities and provide numerous resources for new families. The Children’s Activities team focuses on creating fun events for children ages newborn to five. Some of our more popular past events include the Fall Family Kick-Off Party, Children’s Halloween Party, Polar Express Train to Stamford, as well as music, craft and sports themed activities. We also organize playgroups for children ages newborn to three. Playgroups start in fall and last through the school year. Discover Fairfield County as we visit local attractions with our kids, mingle at monthly social gatherings for the entire family and learn about New Canaan Pre-Schools during our bi-annual Pre-School Forum. Please check the website regularly to find out what is coming up and to RSVP for events.
