Plants First: A Catered Book Club Luncheon at a Book Club Member's Private Home. This event is for anybody interested in meeting the book's author Dr. Katie Takayasu and enjoying the coordinating food following the Plants First approach. Following the book members will get to enjoy a catered lunch. The book suggests 80 percent of one's diet should be plant based, the remainder can be whatever your heart desires. Event capacity is limited. We kindly ask that you adhere to good Covid safe practices.

She’s an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Columbia University/New York-Presbyterian and teaches the next generation of doctors about healing the whole patient mind, body, and spirit.
